Niamh Treacy is a qualified Psychotherapist with a Masters degree in Pluralistic Counselling and Psychotherapy. Her approach is collaborative and tailored to the individual, drawing on a range of therapeutic models to suit each client’s unique needs, experiences, and goals. She believes that no single approach fits all and aims to work alongside clients to understand what feels most helpful and meaningful for them.
She aims to provide a warm, respectful, and non-judgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts, emotions, and feelings at their own pace. Whether working with anxiety, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, work-related issues, trauma, or life transitions, Niamh is committed to supporting clients on their journey in developing greater understanding of themselves.
Niamh is a pre-accredited member of the Irish Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy adhering to the code of ethics and standards. Niamh is ASIST trained (Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training) and has Mental Health First Aid Training provided by St. John of God Hospital. Niamh is also verified by Psychology Today.
